KAYSVILLE, Utah — Oaxaca en Utah will present La Guelaguetza 2026 on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from noon to 10:00 p.m. at Heritage Park, 250 N Fairfield Road, in Kaysville. Admission and parking are free. The family-friendly festival shares the living culture of Oaxaca through traditional dance, live music, regional clothing, food, art and community.
The strongest evening visual begins at 4:10 p.m. with the Desfile de Delegaciones, when participating delegations enter in regional clothing. At 5:30 p.m., the evening Guelaguetza begins with dance and music representing Oaxaca’s eight regions: Cañada, Costa, Istmo, Mixteca, Cuenca del Papaloapan/Tuxtepec, Sierra Norte, Sierra Sur and Valles Centrales.

- 5:30–8:30 p.m.: Presentations representing Oaxaca’s eight regions
- 8:45 p.m.: Toritos de Oaxaca en Utah
- 9:00 p.m.: Community dance with Entre Dos Tierras
La Guelaguetza is rooted in the Oaxacan tradition of giving, sharing and mutual support. Oaxaca en Utah presents this celebration so Oaxacan families can see their culture represented and passed to future generations while inviting the wider Utah community to experience Oaxaca’s traditions.
